Water Recipe That Can Flush Away Fats!


This is another version of the fat flush water recipe. As we all know, this drink promotes good health and energy. Not only that, but it can also help in your flat belly diet. Enjoy!
Here are some recipe that can help you lose weight and detoxify:

Fat Detoxification Water

Ingredients:
2 L water
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 med cucumber, sliced
1 med lemon, sliced
12 small spearmint leaves

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a large pitcher or drinking bottle, then blend it together overnight. In the morning, you can drink it to let out the toxins in the body, as well as the unwanted fats. Easy weight loss!

Flush Cleansing and Detoxification Water

Ingredients:
1/2 gal water
1 tangerine, sliced
6 wedges grapefruit
2 peppermint or mint leaves
1/2 cucumber, sliced
Ice

Preparation:
Rinse all the fruits, cucumber and peppermint leaves. Then slice grapefruit, cucumber, and tangerine (or peel). Mix all the ingredients in water, using a pitcher. Then allow it to sit for about two hours for maximum benefits. Stir and drink it the whole day.
